| Chaweng Resort - close to the Santa Fe nightclub this is one of the best value for money resorts in Chaweng and comes with a substantial beach frontage. Set in developed gardens, individual bungalows are clean, attractively tiled and whitewashed. They're dominated by extra king size four poster beds with white drapes. A ceiling fan above provides an alternative to air conditioning. Whilst standard bungalows have only a simple shower, superior bungalows have large L shaped bathrooms featuring double sinks, a ten foot long wall mirror, hairdryer and walk in shower/ sunken tub. Resort has two small pools overlooking the beach with one in front of the Thai sala style building that doubles as breakfast room and casual restaurant Good breakfast but better if you pick up some rolls and croissants from the local bakery outside. Round trip transfers airport - resort -airport at 400 / 200 baht per adult / child under 12. |
